The Lovely bones

In the film lovely bones, based on a best-selling novel by Alice Sebold, captured a story about a young girl who was murdered however even while she is gone she still watches over her family and her killer from heaven. Saoires Ronan the main character who was playing the little girl that was murdered soley took place of protraying her role. The interaction with her family was warm and personal. The way the director and writer created this film made us believe that those characters really was a family and therefore we care for them. In the many different situations and emotions they explored invited us into their lives which made this movie work and the story line clear/understanding.

The picture of the film was beautiful. The scenery of their perspective of heaven had an aurora of pastel colors and animated design to nature in a different world. Also the lighting effects when it was dark was great aswell. The movie was still visible and strongly freatured its characters. Even when it was a scene that was suppose to be dark, luring, and suspicious.
